What a bloody thursday morning....just about to start my blogging i discovered that my pointer finger on my right hand keeps shaking since....dah macam mini parkinson plak... Trembling slowly but very noticeable. It's the only finger that is trembling, and it's only on my right hand (the only main hand...i am a right handed). It doesn't affect my ability to pick anything up or to type on, but is so scary when it looks like its not gonna stop anytime now ....and when I rest it against something, it remain still. see the video attached....i have to video it n later i can let my hubby sees it...The farther away from my palm it is, the more it shakes. And if I flex the muscles in my finger, it doesn't shake.
It shakes a lot when I raise it slowly, especially when it's at the angle where it's about 15 degrees from being pointed.
Well i browse thru th internet and i got the answer ....

You probably don't have any of these but these are some reasons why a persons finger would twitch like this.
Carpel Tunnel Syndrome: Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition caused by compression of the median nerve traveling through the carpel tunnel (a passageway in the wrist via which nerves and the flexor muscles of the hands pass). There can be various intrinsic as well extrinsic factors like lipomas, ganglion, vascular malformation, muscle overuse, etc. that may result to this condition. Numbness, finger twitching, burning sensations, muscle cramps, lost gripping strength and in extreme cases, pain in the hands or wrist are some of the common symptoms of carpel tunnel syndrome.
what a day!!!!!!

My abah
In year 1957 my abah serving in the Malayan Auxiliary Air Force in Sungei Besi. From what i read from his handwritten book the flying training was carried out at weekends and this took place at RAF Sungei Besi. On that year MAAF introduce of a more modern training aircraft, namely the de Havilland Chipmunk, which was to replace the Tiger Moths and Harvards.
The de Havilland DH.71 Tiger Moth was a British single-seat monoplane, designed to research high-speed flight and test replacement engines for the Cirrus engine, only two were built.
the chipmunk
Unfortunately things went badly wrong. the aeroplane crashed twice. My father's ambition was to become a fighter pilot, unfortunately this was not to be. He went on to raise four children and build up a very successful technician. He is a very brave man who despite continual suffering did not let his emotions get in the way of living. He was much loved and an example to us all.

steamboat for girls
This occasion happened after i posted my super duper lobster n the giant prawn at facebook..... i went off direct to have the most simplest and affordable dinner in KL with my best buddy...what else steamboat !!!
Having a steamboat dinner is just purely comforting. It’s a quint essential Chinese dinner in terms of socialising, sharing food cooked in a same pot (i see two pots with two flavour plain soup n curry soup here hahahaha) and having table from the generous variety of raw ingredients. The possibilities for ingredients, stock and accompaniments are just endless!!! not forgetting the dipping sauce ...
What i love about steamboat is i can control my own intake even though its a large amount of intake, have more laughs over a dinner table than i could imagine...especially when the hubby's were not invited.....!!! And walk away feeling pretty healthy as well. Thanks so much to my best buddy Winnie for having the time to spend with me tonite...i love u so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

the lobster
yesss.... i have a big damn lobster sitting still in my freezer for more than a month.....
So now i have a lobster tails are sitting there on my countertop surface, all flabby and gross and ready to be cooked.....
Luckily my hubby didnt buy them live, give them names, let them crawl around on our kitchen floor then throw them in the boiling water and listen to their screaming all the way.....
It's about time to boil these into the saucepan, even though that seems like a completely ridiculous thing to do....
Found this pic online.....it is essentially what i should end with !!!!!!

ramblings (part 1)
THINGS I NEED TO STOP OF DOING....
Eating out so much...
Texting when I could just as easily call someone...its more personal.
Thinking its all about them most of the days.
Putting off all clean clothes away...my clothes are always wrinkled because I have live out of clothes baskets....and just let it be on the bed....talking about how efficient housewife am i huh ???? hahahaha... anyway it wont be more than 5 days these clothes will be laying on the bed...trust me for sure
Using foul language. I hate that habit, but when you hear it you tend to repeat it....and I dont want my kids to have that same issue...so I need to stop saying it.
stepping in when my kids fight....I need to be more consistent in what we expect in this house. However, if I step into every little argument, when will they ever learn to work through things out? seriously.... this parenting thing is so hard.
Playing the "who can I not to pay this month !!!! and just double up for the next month" game. It never serves me well....believe me, its a bad game...this is to stop and now making it a regular good paymaster indeed..
Or maybe its staying up so late? plucking hubby's grey hair even i loves plucking it but i am certainly horrified if it ended up more and more if i keep pulling it out.... reminds me of the grey hair myth-some say pull one out and a dozen more will appear....

school holiday june 2013
i never knew how stressful it was for mums when it came to school holiday time. i always faced school holidays with a little bit of a oh not again… attitude, cause it’s hard to keep my two teenage kids happily well entertained and in the same time keeping my sanity. Luckily these time around i have so call "instant" nieces and nephew teenagers coming over at my place..
this is what i called THE FAMILY POSING DAY IN THE IKEA CAMP !!!!
The next agenda we attended DD n Norly's wedding in Kuala Kangsar. There goes a family again again to KK... what can i say huh???
the traffic was quite bad, we were stucked in the massive jam almost 4 and half hours, the weather was just okay, the food was okay and everything seems awesome.. Even we realised it was a traditional type of wedding and guess what??? we are all in the wrong outfit.!!!
The groom DD is known to be a 'Joker' amongst his friends, mainly because he can crack a joke at every thing he sees and at anytime of the day. Also, the big wide smile is practically a fixed feature on his face and I hardly see him going around without a big smile....Congrats to DD and Norly ~ May you both always be as cheerful, sweet and happy as always .....
